1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Pi Health (π), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Service Description
Pi Health (π) provides healthcare management applications for healthcare professionals. The apps are provided "as is" and may include contextual ads, affiliate promotions, and geo-targeted offers. See Section 3 for details on our pricing and free tier.
3. Pricing & Free Tier
Pi Health offers a free tier for many of our applications, with premium features available for advanced use cases. Our pricing model ensures accessibility while maintaining sustainable development.
Free Tier Conditions
- Hosted by us: The free single-user apps run in your browser, and your records are held on Pi Health's servers. They need an internet connection. See our Privacy Policy for where that data is held and how it is protected.
- No AI features: Free tier does not include access to AI-powered features. AI functionality requires a premium subscription or may be available through ad-supported models in some applications.
- Sponsor-supported: The free apps are paid for by pharmaceutical and healthcare sponsorship rather than by you. We plan to display a sponsor's logo, chosen by city. The apps show no advertising, and no patient data is used for sponsorship or shared with a sponsor.
- Application-specific: Not all Pi Health applications offer a free tier. Pricing and availability vary by application. Please check individual application pages for specific pricing information.
Premium Features
Paid plans cover the multi-user products, Chorda for clinics and Maxima for hospitals, which are licensed per customer with their own instance. Paid features may include AI-assisted tools and analytics. Pricing is set out on our pricing page.
For detailed pricing information for specific applications, please contact us or refer to the pricing page within each application.

- We do not sell or share patient data with third parties.
